Product Description:
Mini high speed rotary screen printer, using cam divider high speed rotary table, improving production. The speed is 1200pcs/hr. Printing, feeding and baiting at the same time with high speed and very stable function. It's a desktop style, easy to operate, suitable for printing the surface of mobile shell, lighter, plastic shell, metal shell etc flat products printing.
Machine Function:
1. SCM IC coordinate light touching panel to compile action programming;
2. Auto 4-digit counters built-in, counting printing quantity;
3. Air frame adopts coin alloy, and metal coating surface;
4. Di-style vertical structure, high precision, steady operation;
5. The transverse stroke can be adjusted, spacing by Taiwan electronic switch;
6. The angle of print squeegee and ink collect squeegee can be adjusted randomly;
7. Installing squeegee constant pressure equipment to make sure pressure is steady when printing;
8. You can adjust work-table front and back or right and left, and then fastening it;
9. You can adjust screen frame front and back, right and left or level orientation;
10. T-slot worktable, convenient to install jig;
11. Installing CEC oil buffer on up and down, left and right to avoid printing shock;
12. The machine is running fast, stably and lower noise;
