It's a high speed six color pad printing machine. It's suitable for printing christmas balls, doll head, plastic bottles, kinds of control modes, etc ... 

With flame and corona treatment system, sealed ink cup printing system, auto pad cleaning system, auto turning system, IR drying system and auto unloading system ;

Except loading by hand, all others are automatic. 

The printing steps is below:

1). Loading product by hand ;

2). Flame or corona treatment, for PP, PE, PET products only ;

3). Printing the colors on one side ;

4). Rotating 90 or 180 degrees to print on other side ;

5). IR drying ;

6). Unloading by robot ;

7). Also with auto pad cleaning device to improve the printing quality ;
